Grow Your Pest Control Business

Sleepingteach Pest Control is a referral service. We connect homeowners in DeBary and the DeBary area with independent providers. If you run your own pest control or wildlife business, you may want more homeowner calls. This page explains how to join the network.

This is not a job. You will not be our employee. You stay your own boss, with your own crew, prices, and schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who treat homeowners well. That can be a one-truck business or a larger company. Useful types of work include:

• General pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, and termites
• Bed bug treatment
• Rodent control for mice and rats
• Wildlife removal, including animals in attics and walls
• Exclusion work, which means sealing the gaps pests use to enter

We also like providers who understand local homes. Concrete block houses, tile and shingle roofs, and condos all bring their own challenges, and the humid climate here keeps pests active for much of the year.

What We Expect

Homeowners trust us to point them toward honest providers. So we ask for a few things.

• The licenses and insurance that Florida requires for your work
• Clear, plain-language plans and written quotes
• Respect for the homeowner's schedule, kids, and pets
• Humane and legal handling of wildlife
• Prompt follow-up when a homeowner sends a request
• No pressure tactics, no vague pricing, and no false claims

We may ask you to confirm these before you join. We may also pause a provider who does not meet them.

How the Network Works for You

Homeowners send a short request. When it fits your service area and the kind of work you do, we pass it to you. You contact the homeowner, make a plan, and quote the job. You do the work and bill the homeowner directly.

Providers may pay a referral fee to Sleepingteach Pest Control for connections. We will explain the details before you join, so nothing is a surprise. We cannot promise any set number of requests.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on how you handle quotes and scheduling

We will read it and reply with next steps.
