About Sleepingteach Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Sleepingteach Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in DeBary and the DeBary area find independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. That is all we do. We keep it simple on purpose.

Why We Exist

A pest problem rarely shows up on a quiet day. It shows up between school pickup, work, and dinner. Most people do not know who to trust. Search results are noisy. Every ad sounds the same.

We built Sleepingteach Pest Control to cut through that. You share what is going on. We point you toward a local provider who handles that kind of problem. Then you decide. Ask, then book.

How Providers Are Matched

When you send a request, we look at a few basic things.

• The type of problem, such as ants, mice, termites, or bed bugs
• Your town and where the home sits
• The kind of service you want, such as pest control or wildlife removal
• Whether a provider in the network says they can take the job

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to do a few basic things.

• Hold the licenses and insurance their state requires for the work
• Explain the plan in plain words before they start
• Give a written quote and say what it covers
• Tell you how to prepare the home and how long to stay out of treated areas
• Treat your home and your schedule with respect

These are expectations, not promises about any single job. You should still ask each provider to show proof of license and insurance.

What We Do Not Do

We do not spray, trap, seal, or repair anything. We do not set prices. We do not visit your home. We do not decide what treatment you need. The provider you choose does the work and stands behind it.

We also do not promise results. Pests and wildlife are tricky, and every house is different. A good provider will tell you that honestly.

How We Are Paid

Sending a request has no obligation. You pay the provider directly for any work you choose to book. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee to Sleepingteach Pest Control when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee does not change what a good provider should tell you, and you are never required to hire anyone.

Questions Worth Asking Every Provider

Pick any provider, ours or not, and ask these.

• What exactly will you treat, and where?
• Is the product safe around kids and pets? When can we go back in?
• What happens if the problem returns?
• What is the total price in writing?

A clear answer is a good sign. A vague answer or pressure to sign right now is a red flag.
